While we can accommodate sudden ride requests, we suggest reserving a 4-passenger sedan at least 6 hours ahead. For vehicles with a seating capacity of more than 6 passengers, we recommend securing your reservation with 24 hours’ notice for optimal arrangements.

In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of departure time, a full refund will be granted. A cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking amount will be charged for any cancellations made within 12 hours prior to the scheduled ride.
A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount will be charged for any cancellations made within 4 hours prior to the scheduled ride. A cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount will be charged for any cancellations made within 2 hours prior to the scheduled ride.
