7 Star World Inc. Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply unless otherwise agreed to in advance and in writing. Total charges incurred are billed to the client’s credit card unless invoice arrangements have been made and approved in advance or there is an existing
corporate billing account. TraveLux LAX (TLX) accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
All Payments and Deposits are NON refundable, Unless Cancelled at least 24HOURS BEFORE  SERVICE/RIDE TIME. If cancellation made within 24 hours of departure time you will be eligible for a full refund if your FLIGHT/EVENT CANCELLED DUE to a
Natural Disaster and weather conditions or a National/local Emergency Shut Down, (PRIVATE PARTIES OR EVENTS NOT INCLUDED) THIS INCLUDES SAMEDAY RESERVATIONS.

Cancellation Policy:
All Payments and Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation occurs at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service/ride time. In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of departure time, a full refund will be granted. A cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking amount will be charged for any cancellations made within 12 hours prior to the scheduled ride.
A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount will be charged for any cancellations made within 4 hours prior to the scheduled ride. A cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount will be charged for any cancellations made within 12 hours prior to the scheduled ride.

For airport services, our standard complimentary wait times are as follows: 15 minutes for departures, 45 minutes for domestic and international air/train arrivals. After the complimentary wait time, waiting time will be charged in 15-minute increments at $85/hour.
Additional charges may apply for the following:
1. Deviations from the requested service, such as extra terminal stops, additional stops en route,
waiting time, holiday and late-night surcharges, etc.
2. Services provided in areas outside our corporate-owned locations.
3. Vehicles used in international markets may incur mileage charges in addition to the hourly rate,
which will be based on the time used and distance traveled.
Please note that your vehicle will be dispatched based on the estimated time of arrival provided
by the respective airline. 7 Star World Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by the airline’s
automated system or any other factors.
If the client is delayed or the allotted 45-minute waiting time is exceeded, billing will revert to
the prevailing hourly rate.

Vouchers
Vouchers are only redeemable individually and cannot be combined with other vouchers. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

Children: For the safety of children, users are kindly requested to include a comment specifying the number and age of children who will be traveling, along with the type of seating required. This will ensure that appropriate safety measures can be provided.

Luggage and Animals

The price indicated in the Booking Confirmation covers the specified number of luggage pieces mentioned in the booking form. Please note that additional charges may apply for excess luggage, oversized items, or the transportation of animals if not mentioned as an additional comment during the booking process. In such cases, the arrangement fee will also be adjusted accordingly.

Passenger Conduct

7 Star World Inc. maintains the right to decline transportation to individuals under the influence of or in possession of illegal drugs, as well as those who are excessively intoxicated. We strictly prohibit the possession of firearms or any hazardous substances. Additionally, individuals who exhibit objectionable behavior towards others or pose
a threat to the chauffeur will be refused service. The sale or consumption of narcotics or illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Violation of these policies will result in immediate termination of the contract and services, and all paid deposits and fees for service will be forfeited.
The client and renter are held responsible for any damage caused to the interior and equipment of the vehicle by themselves or their guests. This includes, but is not limited to, gum, wine and alcohol spills, vomiting, breakage of drink glasses, decanters, lights, television, DVD player, radio, and CD player. Repair and replacement costs for such items will incur a minimum charge of $600. In the event of illness in the vehicle, a cleaning fee of up to $1200 may apply.
All passengers are expected to maintain orderly and well-behaved conduct. 7 Star World Inc. reserves the right to remove any individual from the vehicle and terminate the contract if any passenger violates these conditions. In case of early termination, no portion of the rental fees will be refunded. Minors are strictly prohibited from consuming or possessing alcohol or illegal substances while in a company vehicle. The client shall not interfere with the chauffeur’s duties or tamper with any vehicle apparatus or appliance. Any such instances will result in immediate termination of services without refunds.
Standing through the sunroof, hanging out from windows, or opening doors while the vehicle/limo is in motion is illegal and strictly prohibited. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage caused to the limousine/SUV during the rental period by themselves or any members of their party. The customer is responsible for any fines incurred, such as dropping off in the middle of the road or illegal parking. The driver reserves the right to terminate the run without a
refund in cases of blatant client indiscretion.
We are not responsible for delays or termination during winter due to unsafe road conditions (e.g., lack of salt, accidents, etc.). Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond their seating capacity

Excess Cleaning & Damage:
In the event that the vehicle requires an extensive amount of time and resources for cleaning during or after the transportation service due to actions by the client or any passengers (e.g., food and drink spills, vomiting, prohibited smoking, excessive litter), the company reserves the right to charge the client additional fees at its discretion to cover the associated expenses. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the client or any passenger will be charged in full to the client. The cleaning fee may vary between $200 and $1,200 depending on the extent of the cleaning required.

 

SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED
To maintain a smoke-free environment, smoking is strictly prohibited in all of our SUVs. Any passenger found smoking, whether it be cigarettes, cigars, vape devices, or cannabis (marijuana), will be subject to an automatic fee of at least $1000. We kindly request all passengers to adhere to this policy and respect the comfort and well- being of everyone onboard.

 

Meet & Greet Service
For domestic arrivals, your chauffeur will meet you at the bottom of the escalators near the baggage claim area. In the case of international arrivals, your chauffeur will greet you outside the customs area. This standard procedure ensures a smooth and efficient pickup process. There is an additional $50 charge for the inside airport meeting service.
Please note that if you have specifically requested a curbside pickup, the chauffeur will meet you at the designated curbside location instead.

 

Staff Accommodations
In situations where chauffeurs, onsite coordinators, or other dedicated staff members require overnight travel, it is the client’s responsibility to arrange and provide lodging and meals. Additionally, a per diem may be applied to cover additional expenses in addition to the lodging cost.
Ensuring appropriate accommodations and provisions for our staff is essential to maintain the quality and efficiency of our services.


Alcoholic Drinks
For the safety and compliance with the law, the consumption of any alcoholic beverage or the use of any kind of drugs, whether legal or illegal, is strictly prohibited by both law and our company’s policy. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach towards alcohol and drug use during our services. We kindly request all passengers to respect and abide by this policy.

 

Lost & Found Policy

In the event that you have left any belongings in the vehicle, we have procedures in place to assist you in retrieving them. Rest assured that we will make every effort to return your items to you promptly.
For any lost items, we offer a mailing service via USPS. The client will be responsible for covering the shipping fees associated with returning the items. Please note that the company and driver are not liable for any missing items from your bag or wallet if left behind. If you believe you have left something behind, please contact our customer service as soon as possible, providing detailed information about the lost item. We will do our best to assist you in locating and returning your belongings.


Adherence to Speed Limits
Our drivers strictly adhere to the speed limits on all freeways and streets. If you anticipate potential delays that could cause you to miss your flight or event, we recommend booking your service earlier to allow for ample travel time. Your safety and timely arrival are our top priorities.
